If you're planning to move a large amount of mail to Google Apps and would like to ease the transition for your users, we can set up temporary dual delivery. Dual delivery will provide smooth migration from MS Exchange (your old system) to Google Apps.
Dual delivery will allow your users to continue to access their mail through the old system until all of their mail has been successfully migrated to Google Apps.
During the migration, your users' mail will be delivered to both Google Apps and your old mail system (e.g. MS Exchange etc. ) so that users can continue to access their mail in the old system until all messages have been successfully migrated. Once migration is complete, we can direct your users to their new Google Apps mail accounts.
